Sint Maarten businesses needed more visibility and the community deserved something during the holidays. I had the idea, pitched it, and built it from scratch.
15 Days Of Christmas
There was no playbook for this — I built it from nothing:
No existing structure, contacts, or template
Cold-called and emailed businesses until 15 committed — plenty were interested but not everyone followed through.
15 partners across 15 days with no room to miss a day. Some contributed more than once, which meant coordinating multiple prizes from the same partner across different days.
Challenge
Built and ran the entire campaign from scratch:
Designed all static graphics in Adobe Illustrator
Scheduled and managed daily posts
Coordinated all 15 partners through Email or WhatsApp.
Posted twice on some days to cover all partners across 12 days.
Solution
Local businesses gained followers and visibility
The community had something to look forward to every day leading up to Christmas
The campaign ran again the following year — same structure, same contacts, all built by me the first time around
